These Terms of Service govern your use of the MCP-G website and services provided by Green & Home Limited (trading as MCP-G), Company No. 04204020, registered in England & Wales.
By accessing mcp-g.com or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
MCP-G provides hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server infrastructure and connectors that allow businesses to integrate their existing software platforms with AI tools including Anthropic Claude. MCP-G is a trading name of Green & Home Limited.

Services are provided subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at consumers. By using MCP-G, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business or trade.

All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP). Linnworks-app subscription prices (Trade Order POS, B2B Price Tiers) include VAT; prices for direct website purchases are exclusive of VAT, which is charged where applicable at the prevailing UK rate. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Linnworks apps (Trade Order POS, B2B Price Tiers): subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by Linnworks through the Linnworks Application Store, under Linnworks' payment terms. Subscribe, change plan or cancel from the Application Store inside your Linnworks account; we never see or store your payment-card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled there.
Direct website purchases (e.g. one-off source-code downloads): payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are held exclusively by Stripe — we never see or store them.
All software, content, and infrastructure provided by MCP-G remains the intellectual property of Green & Home Limited. Your data remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any data you transmit through our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by English law:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by English law.
Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you materially breach these terms. On termination, your access to our services will cease and we will retain your data for up to 30 days before deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active customers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
