2. What data we collect
We collect the following personal data:
- Email address — when you submit our early access or contact form
- Usage data — anonymous usage analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no tracking across sites)
- Technical data — IP address and browser type, processed automatically by Cloudflare's network infrastructure for security and performance purposes

3. How and why we use your data
- Email address: To contact you about early access to MCP-G, to send service updates, and to respond to enquiries. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (B2B lead communication) and, where applicable, consent.
- Analytics: To understand how visitors use our website and improve our service. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not identify individual users.
- Security & infrastructure: Cloudflare processes network-level data (including IP addresses) to provide DDoS protection and CDN services. This is covered by Cloudflare's own Data Processing Addendum.
4. How long we keep your data
We retain email addresses on our early access list for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — for hosting, DDoS protection, and anonymous analytics. Cloudflare is certified under the UK–US Data Bridge.
- Linnworks Ltd — if you subscribe to one of our Linnworks apps, Linnworks bills the subscription through its Application Store and shares your subscription status (never card details) with us.
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for direct website purchases (e.g. source-code downloads). Card details are held exclusively by Stripe.
- Clerk, Inc. — sign-in for the customer portal (email address and authentication data).
- Resend — transactional email delivery (e.g. purchase receipts and download links).
All third parties are contractually required to keep your data secure and to use it only as we instruct.
6. Your rights under UK GDPR

7. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-preserving. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot protection; this is a strictly necessary cookie and does not require consent.
8. International transfers
Our website is served via Cloudflare's global edge network. Data may transit through servers outside the UK. Cloudflare is certified under the UK–US Data Bridge and maintains Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers.
